At Matetea ApS we prioritize data security and confidentiality very highly, because we know that it is of the highest priority for the critical consumer who shops online. At the same time, we want to give you the best possible experience when using our websites. Therefore, we collect some information that we use when you shop with us or visit our site.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA AT MATETEA APS?

1. Processing and forwarding of orders

HOW LONG DOES MATETEA APS STORE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Once you have made a purchase on Matetea.be and thus have transferred your personal information to us so that we can deliver the goods, we store your order information in our internal order system for five (5) financial years in accordance with the Accounting Act. The order information in the internal order system will not be encrypted and will not be passed on to third parties, unless you have given consent in the purchase process that your information may be used for marketing purposes for Matetea.be.

CLEARING
Matetea ApS uses and stores the personal information you have provided to us in connection with your purchase for up to five years in accordance with applicable accounting legislation. In analytics tools like Google Analytics, we store information about your order and customer number for up to 50 months (approximately 4 years) according to the framework set up for storing information in the tool. The information is then deleted automatically.
CONFLICTS
All matters and conflicts that may arise in connection with the use of the website are subject to Danish law in accordance with EU personal data law.
UPDATES OF TERMS
We update our terms and conditions and personal data policy on an ongoing basis, as the EU's rules for personal data develop after 25 May 2018.
